Data Encryption

All data transmitted to and from Duskpix is encrypted using industry-standard TLS encryption. Your images and personal information are encrypted both in transit and at rest.

Secure Infrastructure

We use a managed database and storage provider for authentication and data storage, providing enterprise-grade security with automatic backups and redundancy. Our infrastructure is hosted on secure, monitored servers with regular security updates.

Payment Security

All payment processing is handled securely through a PCI-compliant payment provider. We never store your credit card information on our servers.

Access Controls

We implement strict access controls to ensure that only authorized personnel can access sensitive systems. All access is logged and monitored for suspicious activity.

Data Retention

Your images are stored in Australia and retained for 12 months from a project's last upload or edit, then permanently deleted. That applies to originals and edited versions alike, and we email you approximately 30 days before deletion. You can delete your images and projects yourself at any time, and deleting your account removes everything in it straight away.

Security Best Practices

We recommend you:

• Use a strong, unique password for your account
• Never share your account credentials
• Log out when using shared computers
• Keep your contact email up to date for security notifications
