A few useful answers.
How do credits work?
Each photo edit uses 1 credit, and comes back good for web and print. There are no premium tiers: every tool costs the same. Every edit includes one free revision: run it again with an optional adjustment, at no charge. And if an edit fails outright it refunds itself. These remedies are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
What rolls over, and is there a cap?
Credits from a monthly plan roll over for as long as you stay on the plan. Banked plan credits stop growing once they reach three times your monthly allowance: 150 on Standard, 300 on Pro, 900 on Agency.
Do credits expire?
Credits you buy as a top-up, and any welcome or bonus credits, never expire. Credits that come with a monthly plan roll over while you subscribe, up to three months of your plan's allowance, and stay usable for 7 days after a plan ends.
Can I change plans?
Moving up a plan takes effect straight away. You pay the difference for the rest of the month, and the extra credits land in your balance the same day. Moving down takes effect at your next billing date, so you keep the plan you have already paid for until then, and the credits you have banked stay yours to use. You can change your mind at any point before that date, and you can cancel at any time, from Billing in your account settings.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel any time. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and then stops. Credits you bought stay in your account. Unused plan credits stay usable for 7 days after the plan ends, and if you resubscribe inside that window you keep them.
Can I get a refund?
Credits and plans are not refundable for change of mind, and a failed edit returns its credit automatically. One exception: a first plan payment is refundable on request within 7 days, as long as no more than 5 plan credits have been used. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and if something has gone wrong with a payment, email hello@duskpix.com.au.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and payment methods through Stripe.
