Smart Edit
Tell it what to change. That's the whole edit.
Type what you want changed in plain English: "remove the bins", "take the car out of the driveway", "green up the lawn". The photo comes back with just that changed. Nothing to select first, no tools to learn. That is nine edits out of ten, and it is not only removal: ask for a floor lamp in the empty corner and you get one.
Stack them if you like. "Remove the bins, green up the lawn and warm the light" runs as a single edit for one credit, with the six looks on the same panel. For the fiddly ones, lasso or brush the spot first and the change stays inside the lines.
Virtual staging
Stage the whole room. Then stage it from the other side.
Most AI staging tools furnish one photo at a time, so the second angle of the same lounge comes back with a different sofa. A set that contradicts itself cannot do the one job staging has: showing how the room works, so a buyer can picture themselves in it.
